I have the same question Report abuse. The official developer's website Fuel Games is long gone, leaving no traces of a level editor not even an official download to customize levels for Tinker. Unfortunately, after installing Tinker to where it's supposed to be, I got an error for the editor saying it cannot run the game I tried running as admin and with Vista compatibility, still doesn't work for me.
